Hello and welcome! (If the title of this post made you sing Gabriella Montez’s solo in High School Music, you’re in the right place) Thanks for being here and listening to me ramble about things that I love and all things that make me happy.
My name is Abbie Michelle Meschke and I am a sophomore at the University of Minnesota, studying Retail Merchandising. I grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota and while I love where I came from, I came to Minneapolis to chase after a dream of working in the fashion industry. I love where I am at in my life but I wanted a place to be creative, share my ideas, and talk about the things I love. So here we are!
Ever since I was little I have loved everything girly, pretty, and fun. And to this day, not a single thing has changed. I love frills, pearls, peplum, and sequins and want my life to be filled with nothing more! I love swiping glitter on my eyelids and putting a beautiful, flowy dress on. The things that make me happy in life are my family, my friends, my dog, and everything pretty and feminine. By starting this blog those are the things that I want to focus on and the things that I will be writing about. The things I love.
So the name of the blog came from two words that I believe represent me and the things I love about life. Bows represent the feminine side of me. I love all the pretty things that this beautiful world has to offer, and I intend to seek them all out through my time here. Bubbly which touches on my personality. I love being fun and goofy and hopefully you guys can tell that through my writing. I am very friendly and absolutely love people! And thus, Bows and Bubbly was born!
